Anyone for First Aid training?

The League has been asked to consider organising a First Aid training day that member clubs can send representatives to.

Webmaster and former League chairman Steve Wall had the request read out at the September meeting, with clubs asked for feedback at the October executive gathering on Tuesday the 4th.

"The reason for requesting this through the league to organise is purely for costing, which may be cheaper through larger numbers," explained Steve.

"The league may wish to consider subsidising the training and to seek subsidy from both the county association and BCGBA."

So if any bowler of a member club is interested in receiving First Aid training they should make contact with their club delegate ahead of Tuesday's meeting - or contact general secretary Malcolm Fletcher direct.
